Production
Organically grown Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards planted at 545 metres above sea level on mineral rich soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless tanks. Here the wine then spends a further 4-5 months ageing on the less to add durther texture and complexity to the wine.
Tasting notes
Quintessential Mediterranean style Suavignon Blanc, boasting ripe exotic fruits of pineapple and melon with extraorindary frehsness. The fruit driven palate is complemented by delicate notes of white flower and a saline minerality.

The freshness of the wine makes this a perfect aperitif or partner with Gambas Pil Pil.
