Organically grown Syrah sourced from vineyards planted at 650 metres above sea level on mineral rich, silty and sandy soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with further maturation in oak to add complexity and depth to the final wine.
Intense cherry red colour, with hints of violet hues. The palete is fruit forward with notes of violets and blackberry, along with spicy notes of liquorice and pepper.
Excellent with lamb cutlets, barbecue pork, or tomato dishes with a hint of chilli.
