Production
After hand-harvesting the must is fermented in stainless steel. It then undergoes malolactic fermentation and 5 months ageing prior to bottling.
Tasting notes
Fresh, lightly spicy nose with red fruit and elderberry characters. The palate has red berry fruit and peppered strawberry notes. Medium-body and spice with fresh acidity and good grip make this an enjoyable food wine.
