Production
Produced from Sangiovese grapes from the Salento peninsula in southern Puglia. Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, with six days spent on skins. No oak ageing.
Tasting notes
Appealing aromas of fresh red fruit and a touch of black pepper spice. A fresh, medium-bodied style with bramble fruit characters, smooth, juicy and easy-drinking.
Food match
Ideal with simple pasta tossed in butter and Parmesan or with tomato based sauces.
