Grapes are grown at altitude and picked at night when temperatures are low. Stainless steel vinification.
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
Aromas of lemon and grapefruit. Dry with good freshness on the palate, and considering the modest alcohol the wine has a good richness of texture and distinct flavours.
Food match
Drink with vegetable risotto or grilled fish dishes.
