Production

The winery we work with has great vineyards in Curico and Casablanca, and our wine is a blend of the two. Casablanca is famed for its white wines, and here the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean is significant, particularly in the evenings where cool air flows uninterruptedly into the valley. Typically, Chardonnay from the area has nice acidity and texture. Central Curico is a haven for most varieties and here Chardonnay enjoys the warm, stable climate ripening fully to give tropical fruit characteristics to our blend. Grapes are harvested early in the day to keep acidity balanced before being vinified in stainless steel. No oak is used in order to maintain the pure fruit flavours.

Tasting notes

Ripe white peaches and juicy pineapple on the nose with tight and structured mineral flavours on the palate. No oak, very pure, clean and crisp with bright tropical fruit.

Food match

Perfect with poultry or fish dishes, and creamy pasta bakes.
