Production

A selection of premium quality grapes were hand harvested from mature vineyards in the Veneto, northern Italy. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine spends 3 to 6 months on fine lees before bottling.

Tasting notes

Ripe and textural Pinot Grigio. Aromatic, with notes with apple and peach. On the palate layers of orchard fruit give weight, spice and fresh citrus acidity.

Food match

Caesar salad, pasta dishes with salmon or chicken.
