The 100% Trebbiano grapes are early harvested from vineyards in Emilia Romagna. Fermentation is in stainless steel, and the wine is bottled at 11% alcohol
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
A fresh and bright white with citrus and green apple characters and crisp acidity.
