The 100% Moscato Bianco grapes are harvested at the start of September and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in pressure tank. Fermentation is then deliberately stopped by chilling and filtration to retain just 5% alcohol and a luscious natural sweetness.
An incredibly more-ish, appealing white with juicy, ripe peachy fruit and a delicate fizz. A natural sweetness balanced by lovely citrus acidity.
Delightful as a summer aperitif, or after dinner with a fresh fruit salad
