Production
Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in Provincia di Pavia, northern Italy. The grapes are hand harvested at the start of September - crushed, gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled young after 3-6 months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas and hints of spice. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.
