The Glera grapes are sourced by Adria Vini from the Treviso area and vines approximately 17 years old.They are hand-picked ready for vinification. A gentle pneumatic pressing is followed by a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation takes place in tank over 4 weeks.
Hints of apple and peach on the nose. The palate is soft and dry with light citrus notes and a creamy, yet delicate, fizz.
The perfect picnic wine - or great with antipasti, salads and chicken or fish dishes.
