Production
Grapes grow in the Veneto region. Though outside of the delimited areas for Prosecco, the sites are perfectly placed to grow fruit with delicate flavours and bright acidity that is so crucial to sparkling wine. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve these flavours. Second fermentation takes place in tank to add a delightful fizz.
Tasting notes
Pale green with lemon hues. Hints of apple and peach on the nose. Light and delicate with citrus notes; this wine is dry and softly fruit flavoured, with a creamy mousse.
Food match
Ideal as an aperitif or alongside a traditional Panettone.
