Production
This ripe yet crunchy fruit gives this wine its freshness, vigour and spine and at the same time its luscious texture which is further complemented and enriched from one third vinified and matured for nine months in seasoned French oak.
Tasting notes
A wine with great depth and character. Round and supple on the palate, with rich toasty notes from oak-ageing. Gently citrussy, with a densely fruity, peach flambée palate.

Wonderful with warmly spiced dishes - Thai red curries and aromatic rice, spicy mango salads or even a fruity chicken tagine
