Production
This ripe yet crunchy fruit gives this wine its freshness, vigour and spine and at the same time its luscious texture which is further complemented and enriched from one third vinified and matured for nine months in seasoned French oak.
Tasting notes
A bright, lemony and densely fruity ensemble which has a long-lasting and thought-provoking finish, smooth (‘lisse’) as silk (‘soie’).
