Production
Winemakers Samantha Bailey and Guillaume Letang scour Languedoc for the perfect sites to grow bright, elegant fruit. The grapes are machine harvested early in the morning and transported quickly to the winery. Stainless steel vinification with selected yeasts and low temperatures preserves the characteristic aromatics.
Tasting notes
A classic, well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc. Herbaceous aromas on the nose lead to crisp green apples on the palate and an uplifting, persistent finish.
Food match
Wonderful as an apéritif. Pair with Middle Eastern cuisine or "Biqueirão" (Portuguese anchovies) for a refreshing accompaniment.
