Production

Although the Côtes du Rhône are famed for their reds, white wines from the area can also be beautiful, as we show here. We have worked in the southern Rhône for over 30 years and have built enviable relationships with a network of local growers in the region. As a result, we are able to source from vineyards across the Côtes du Rhône, choosing plots based on the different attributes each parcel of fruit will bring to the blend. After a traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, 5% of the wine is aged for 6 months in barrels, which adds a layer of complexity.

Tasting notes

Nose of fresh citrus fruits, complemented on the palate with notes of white peach. A wine with freshness and finesse with a touch of oak to give the wine texture and complexity.

Food match

Perfect paired with creamy chicken dishes or a crunchy pomegranate salad.
