Production
We have worked in the southern Rhône for over 30 years and have built enviable relationships with a network of local growers in the region. As a result, we are able to source from vineyards across the Côtes du Rhône, choosing plots based on the different attributes each parcel of fruit will bring to the blend. These grapes are hand-picked before being carefully destemmed and vinified using traditional ‘minimal intervention’ techniques. This wine is made without the use of oak to retain the pure fresh fruit character.
Tasting notes
The primary sensations are a fruit-driven bouquet of cherries and plum followed by flavours of ripe blackberry and blueberries overlaid with spices like cinnamon, pepper and a hint of vanilla. In its finish, you will cover a good and rich texture with integrated soft tannins which gives the wine its structure and a good length.
Food match
Enjoy it with roast meats, casseroles and good cheeses.
