Production
In the south-west of France, Gascony has emerged as a specialist producer of fresh white wines which offer finesse and charm. A mixture of silt, sand and alluvial deposits help the soil to drain - ideal conditions for a healthy crop.
Tasting notes
Smooth and refined with an underlying twist of freshness and supple, soft, ripe, fruit flavours on the palate, finishing with a squeeze of pithy citrus and candied pineapple.

Best served chilled. Fantastic both with and without food - try it with creamy pasta verde!
