Production
Produced from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. Fermentation is in stainless steel, with a second fermentation in tank followed by 2-3 months on lees.
Tasting notes
Ribolla Gialla is well-suited to the production of sparkling wines due to its natural high acidity and ripe stone fruit character. This has a lightly floral and aromatic nose, lightly honeyed on the palate and with a delicious depth and creaminess to the finish.
