Production
Grapes were sourced from Languedoc growers (who already provide us with Malbec for red wines) with vineyards not far from the Mediterannean coast and higher up in the north west corner. The harvest was carefully timed to allow the grapes to ripen fully while still maintaining the fresh, zippy profile necessary for a rosé wine. Gentle handling in the winery and vinification in stainless steel gave us a delicate colour and fresh, fruity flavours.
Tasting notes
Pretty, pink and medium bodied. A balance of delicate aromas, juicy raspberry and succulent strawberry flavours.
