The vinification techniques provided a range of flavour profiles from which to blend. With cool ferments to retain freshness, and some tropical components aged on lees for texture and palate weight. The assemblage of this wine has resulted in a multilayered wine that is flavoursome.
Zesty citrus with white stone fruits. Hints of gooseberry rolling into a full layered palate finishing with a lovely balance of texture, weight and clean refreshing finish.
