Grapes are sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of the South of France, labelled as Vin de France. A complex blend of various classic grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache Noir. Using rosè de presse method and cool fermentation in stainless steel. Made in a moreish off-dry style.
The palate shows fantastic lightness, freshness and subtle sweetness. With flavours of strawberry bonbons, raspberry sorbet and sweet peaches.
Served chilled with platter of charcuterie, a vegetable tart or strawberry macarons.
