Production
The Pinot Grigio grapes were selected from hillside vineyards in the Veneto during the first half of September. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled young after 3 to 6 months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel.
Tasting notes
Citrus and gently floral aromas. The palate is delicate with lemony, honeyed fruit and lightly herbal notes - balanced by refreshing acidity, to give a crisp, dry finish.
