Production
Grapes are sourced in the slopes of Béziers, 40 minutes from Montpellier, in the heart of the sunny Languedoc. Here, grape selection is crucial to obtain a very balanced profile between fruit and texture.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet colour with vibrant plummy and blackberry fruit that fills the mouth. Soft and supple on the palate, with ripe, rounded fruit and a lovely, juicy finish.
Food match
Try with pasta with chicken, tomatoes or smoked bacon...BLT anyone? Also great with pizza, sausages and most barbecued food.
