Production
These grapes are taken from three precious hectares on the slopes of Mont Brouilly. This wine follows traditional carbonic maceration, before ageing in large oak foudres.
Tasting notes
Raspberry fruit on the nose, the palate is complex; herbs, black pepper, wood smoke, dusted with fine tannins. Lingering as an expensive perfume would on the finish.
Food match
Plain grilled meats, good quality sausages. Charcuterie, local French cheeses, coq au vin, oriental pork or magret de canard.
