Careful selection of the best Viura and Sauvignon Blanc grapes - which are then destemmed, cold macerated and gently pressed. Then each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, with temperature-controlled fermentation at 14ºC ensuring that the primary aromas are retained.
Colour: Straw yellow, with pale green tinges. Aroma: Delicate fresh, ripe fruit with a touch of tropical fruit and citrus aromas. Taste: Light and fresh with a long finish.
A good match for chicken, fish or roasted vegetable dishes.
