Careful selection of the best Viura and Sauvignon Blanc grapes - which are then destemmed, cold macerated and gently pressed. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, with temperature-controlled fermentation at 14ºC ensuring that the primary aromas are retained.
Straw yellow in colour, with pale green tinges. Aromas of ripe tropical fruit and citrus. Fresh and zesty on the palate with hints of stone fruit and a crisp finish.
A good match for chicken, seafood or roasted vegetable dishes (serve chilled at 6 - 8ºC).
