Production
Made form grapes grown in Paarl, a region renowned for the quality of its growing conditions. It benefits from varied microclimates, soils, and aspects, allowing for a variety of grapes to be grown and wines styles to be produced. Our vineyards are to the west of Paarl Mountain where the cool air from the coast hits hotter inland air, from old bush-vines grown on sandy loams over granite bedrock, giving this Chenin Blanc distinct minerality and freshness. The fruit is harvested in the early hours of the day when cooler temperatures retain fresh acidity. The grapes are then chilled before pressing and vinified in stainless steel to preserve the purist fruit flavours.
Tasting notes
A fresh, dry Chenin with broad appeal, displaying zippy citrus aromas, lightly honeyed with vibrant fruit on the palate and well balanced by crisp acidity. Extended lees contact gives this great value wine some real weight and character.

Pair with white fish grilled on the braai, or a creamy chicken Korma.
