Young vine trellised Malbec from vineyards in Swartland and Paarl (60/40) kept cool by the ocean winds. Pure Coastal Region Malbec is a relatively new phenomenon in the Cape and defining the regional style is the mission here. The blend is unoaked but picked ripe and pressed for that full Malbec emotion. The final blend sees a fine filtration prior to bottling.
