Production
Made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, specially selected from specific plots in the south of France. The soil in this region is scattered with red pebble stones and limestone, which lend a minerality to the final wine. Parcels are fermented separately, giving our winemakers full flexibility when assembling the final blend. No oak is used, as the tannins soften very quickly after fermentation.
Tasting notes
Brimming with berry fruit flavours and a hint of spice. This wine has a round, sweet mouthfeel, making it very easy drinking and approachable.

Try it with a hearty meat dish, cheeses or simply lap it up all on its lonesome!
